SUCCESS STORY: Peter Lenjo – Department of Catering
Peter was raised up by his single dad after a separation when he was in class two. With the many challenges, Peter did not lose hope of being who he wanted – a professional chef.
This made him to join the distinctive institute of training, Marianist Technical Institute – Mombasa in January 2015. After the training, he went for his attachment at Voyager and later graduated. “If it was not Marianist Technical Institute – Mombasa, I don’t know where I could have been today,” exclaimed Peter.
He then got a chance to join an apprentice program with Tamarind group after which he got employed by Tamarind hotel where he works currently. Even though he is employed, Peter runs his own program with a vision of starting his own business
